Fall Pick Up & Storage Contract at Johnson's On The Water

NEED TO KNOWS FOR CUSTOMERS:
Winterization is a separate rate from the storage rate. If both Storage and Winterization is bought then they get a spring run up.
Scheduling will be on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to pick up your boats by the date you requested (weather permitting).

Please fill out a contract for each boat you store at Johnson's on the Water (for service reasons).

Please leave keys and covers in the boat.

Extra Charge could be incurred if keys to the lift & boat are not accessible.

Extra Charge if a second trip is needed.

We require that you do not store extra belongings in your unti for storage. If you do, we will call and ask you to remove it or extra charges will be applied.

*Our storage runs from September 1st to June 10th. If your unit is in before or after those dates you will be subject to extra charges.
**We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis so plan accordingly while we still have available slots!  But you can reserve a spot if you put down a Non-Refundable $100 Desposit.
***We require a TWO WEEK NOTICE before Drop-Off or Pickup of your boat or pontoon.
****Inside storage rates are determined by the total length of your unit. Example: So if you have a trailer it is from the front of the trail to the back of the motor, in that your 16ft boat could lead to be a total length of 20ft.

**If you have a Tritoon and receiving a pickup from us there is an extra $100 fee added to the pickup due to usage of a different trailer and extra time spent.

Terms & Agreement

Johnson's On The Water will not be responsible for frozen or rusted steering cables, moss, mildew - etc., electrical failures, wiring problems, or batteries that fail over the winter months. The boat owner is responsible for all items left in the boat. We carry no insurance policy to cover your boat, motor, trailer, watercraft and accessories during storage. I hereby authorize Johnson's on the Water to pick-up and/or deliver my boat from storage. It is hereby understood and agreed that I or we agree to indemnify and save harmless Johnson's on the Water from and against any and all damage and exposure which they may suffer or sustain, or be held liable for and against any and all claims, actions or suits on account of damage to property left in their care, custody, and control specifically including but not limited to losses caused by fire, lightning, water, cyclone, tornado, windstorm, hail, explosion, theft, vandalism or any other malicious mischief, collapse of building and other hazards or casualties and whether or not caused by our negligence or acts or failure to act.

**I understand that anything left inside of the boat or pontoon is not Johnson's On The Water's responsibility. I understand that I should remove anything that should not be in the unit. If additional items left in boat there will be an additional charge.
*** I/We agree to pay--prior to taking delivery in spring--all storage and repair costs incurred. In case payment is not made, I/We hereby agree to pay all cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and legal expenses. Every boat owner is urged to insure his property at all times in a suitable amount against possible hazards and casualties. This boat is not insured by Johnson's on the Water.
**All storage and winterizing is due and payable upon receipt or within 30 days. In case payment is not made, I/We hereby agree to pay all cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and legal expenses.
** Bills are due upon receipt of invoice
** After 30 days, finance Fees will begin to accrue. Over 60 days, a late fee will be charged.
** Winter Storage rates run from September 1st to June 10th (Summer Storage begins June 11th)
**We require that you do not store extra belongings in your unti for storage. If you do, we will call and ask you to remove it or extra charges will be applied.
** Any early pickup of a unit regardless of the season conditions will be charged a fee if it requested before April 1st (Under Johnson's Discretion)
**By Filling Out and Submitting this form I agree to pay a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE Storage Deposit to reserve my storage spot.
